He holds an MBA in Power Management, B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, and is a Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE). With extensive international exposure across Nigeria, Indonesia, Kenya and Senegal, he brings strong hands-on leadership in plant commissioning, stabilization, and
turnaround operations.

He is senior power plant professional with over 38+ years of experience of thermal power plant operation & Maintenance in boiler & turbine systems, and large thermal power plants
He is Mechanical Engineer, holds an MBA(HR) & an Executive Diploma in Project Management, and is an award winner of RQCFI at Varanshi & Delhi. He is Retired General Manager from NTPC Ltd.,Tanda with hands-on expertise in power plant units, technical audits, performance improvement, and reliability enhancement.

Mr. Om Prakash Rai is a seasoned power plant professional with over 40 years of experience in thermal and captive power plant operations. A Mechanical Engineer, BOE certified, and NPTI trained, he brings deep expertise in PF, AFBC, IRCFBC, WHRB boilers
and steam turbines up to 90 MW.
